New studies say no. Most Nutritionist will tell you not to count coffee as a part of your daily hydration quota (How much water you drink). Guess what? They are wrong.
Dr. Lawrence Armstrong at the U of Connecticut has found that coffee is no more dehydrating than water. In fact, he goes on to point out that people who drink coffee regularly (1 to 4 cups a day) are more tolerant of caffeine’s low diuretic effect than those who do not drink coffee.

Are Baby Carrots Really Babies?
Decidedly not. Usually baby carrots are just regular carrots carved into the baby shape. Some experts say that these so called babies have less beta-carotene than full sized carrots.
They are not unhealthy, just deskinned. Rumor also has it that the white power on the carrots is from chlorine in the wash that most vegetables go though to reduce bacteria. Not true. This is just a natural process from moisture loss during storage.
